My client wanted to have more space to host more family, especially during the holidays and family gatherings 

​

My design idea included:

• Adding more square footage by expanding to the front yard of the home

• Existing home currently has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and a garage

• The addition will include  2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Making this home a 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
